A new tattoo studio, Til Death Tattoo, has opened on High Street West in Sunderland. Its owners, the couple Rhiannon and Thomas Goldsmith, admit that the public’s reaction has exceeded all expectations. The studio opened on August 8th, and by mid-October, the couple was already talking about a stream of clients who walk in “just off the street” without prior booking. This is a rare and telling sign for the local tattoo market: a live audience is returning to the city center.
