In the American town of Sunbury, Pennsylvania, a landmark event for body art enthusiasts has concluded – the third annual Ink in the Rink tattoo convention. The walls of the James Eister Youth Center, usually filled with the sounds of skates, were this time filled with the characteristic buzz of tattoo machines.
