On September 1, 2022, the Novosibirsk-based airline S7 Airlines officially announced a radical revision of its crew regulations. From now on, pilots, flight attendants, and ground staff have been granted the right to self-expression, which was previously taboo in the “sky-high” profession. This includes the legalization of tattoos on visible parts of the body, bright hair coloring, and even the option to forgo mandatory heels in favor of comfortable footwear.
