April 2026 marked an important cultural event for Pennsylvania: the 15th annual Electric City Tattoo Convention was held with great fanfare in downtown Scranton, within the walls of the Hilton Scranton and Convention Center. The anniversary event, which kicked off on Friday, April 17th, transformed the quiet city center into a buzzing hive, where the sound of hundreds of tattoo machines merged into a single symphony of contemporary art. Over 230 recognized artists from across the country came here to showcase their skills, exchange experiences, and leave their mark on the skin of devoted fans of body art.
